Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in real time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

ELEVENTHREE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
